Associates  Richard Korts has over 30 years experience designing and
developing complex information technology solutions to business problems.
He has worked in small and large organizations including Aerospace, Research and Development,
Government, Software Development, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Distribution and
Computer Services.Richard has designed & developed large & small database driven solutions in a variety of industries and has managed complex software development projects in many environments. For the past 10 years, Richard has been heavily involved in internet development projects both from a management perspective and as a hands on developer.  Wayne Rounsavell has over 30 years of information systems experience
with government and commercial organizations. These include local and federal agencies,
discrete and process manufacturing, service industries, and small to Fortune 100 businesses.
Wayne has been affiliated with RK Associates since 2001.Wayne's strengths include Business Process and Organizational Change, System Development, Program Management, Strategic and Operational Planning, and IT Product Evaluation and Selection. Eilin Friedman merges her technical and creative abilities to develop robust web solutions. Eilin is a strong web developer/designer with the ability to produce clean, optimized, browser-independent, sites that can easily be maintained and updated. Prior to becoming an associate of RK Associates, Eilin has acted as webmaster/web developer at FirstWorld communications, and has a strong background in Marketing and graphic design. In addition to heavy involvement in the FirstWorld website, Eilin developed the FirstWorld Intranet site, the Verance website and has contributed to other web development efforts. Eilin was involved with many large scale Web development projects, including FirstWorld's Search Availability Engine, and has built websites for a variety of clients as an independent consultant. Gary Avant has a Masters Degree in Educational Technology and a certificate in Global Business Development. Gary has 5 years experience as Project Manager and Producer. Gary has 13 years experience in performance consulting, training assessment, multimedia and web based training development, distance education, and graphic design. Dana Avant has an Associates Degree in Computer Science and is certified in Novell Netware 3.12. Dana has 14 years experience in systems analysis, programming, database development, and network administration. Dana has 2 years of intensive experience in web development. |
