What we Do

RK Associates' goal is to provide our customers with web-based solutions to real business problems. This ranges from building a simple static web site to developing custom database driven interactive web based business tools, such as real world on-line processes to support business transactions over the web.

What do we mean by a "real world on-line process"? A simple example is an appointment scheduling feature for a Medical Practice. From the web site, the patient picks their Doctor from a list, then has several options to schedule; view available times, pick a specific date, etc. Once confirmed, the appointment is put into the Medical Practice calendar and a confirming e-mail is sent to the patient. The patient is also e-mailed and/or sent an automated reminder call of the up-coming appointment.
